Terms of use

The service

YojakOS helps clinics manage appointments, patients, queues, bills and WhatsApp messages. We may improve or change features over time. It is a management tool: it does not give medical advice.

Your account

• Keep your password safe. Do not share accounts.
• The clinic's admins decide who joins the team and what they can do.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Patient information

The clinic is responsible for collecting patient information lawfully, getting any consent needed, and keeping it accurate. YojakOS processes it only to provide the service and on the clinic's instructions, as described in our privacy policy. Patients can ask for their data to be deleted as explained in How to delete your data; the clinic agrees to act on such requests.

WhatsApp messages

Your clinic connects its own WhatsApp Business Account to YojakOS through Meta's sign-up flow. The account and phone number stay your business's, and you are the business sending the messages. By connecting it you also agree to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy, and you must follow them. In particular:

• Opt-in first. Message a patient only after they have agreed to receive WhatsApp messages from your clinic (record it on the patient, with the tick box in YojakOS), or after they have messaged you first.
• Use WhatsApp only for your clinic's service messages that the patient expects: about their own visit, queue number, booking, reminder, bill or a question they asked.
• No spam, no misleading content, no offers to patients who have not separately agreed to offers.
• Honour opt-outs. A patient who replies STOP gets no more WhatsApp messages from your clinic until they reply START; STOP OFFERS stops offers only. Also stop when a patient asks you in person. You must not turn messages back on without new consent.
• Do not use WhatsApp to sell anything WhatsApp does not allow, such as prescription medicines.
• Do not send health information, such as test results or diagnoses, where the law does not allow it, and never in templates.
• Keep your business name, display name and profile accurate, and keep the contact details on your WhatsApp business profile current, so patients can always reach a person. Do not pretend to be another clinic or person.

YojakOS creates and submits your message templates to Meta for you. The YojakOS AI assistant, when we switch it on, answers only clinic questions from your clinic's public details; it does not give medical advice. Meta decides whether to approve them and may limit or block a number that breaks its policies. We may pause WhatsApp sending for a clinic that breaks these rules.

Fees

Plans, prices and the free trial are shown when you sign up. Prices may include GST as stated. If fees are unpaid, we may pause the account after notice.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no breaking the law, no trying to see other clinics’ data, no sharing access keys, no scraping, and no attacks on the system.

Availability and liability

We work hard to keep YojakOS running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees the clinic paid us in the last 12 months.

Ending the service

You can stop using YojakOS at any time, download your data and ask us to close the account and delete it (see How to delete your data). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have jurisdiction.
